POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - Jake Chisholm ran for 90 yards and a touchdown, leading Dayton to a 24-7 PFL victory against Marist, Saturday, at Tenney Stadium. Both offenses had a tough day with Dayton outgaining Marist, 239-212. The Flyers took the lead on Shane Hamm's 39-yard pass to Luke Brenner early in the second quarter. Chisholm's touchdown extended the lead to 17-0 late in the fourth quarter. Marist broke up the shutout bid courtesy Tristan Shannon's one-yard touchdown run with 18 seconds left. Brock Bagozzi completed 12-of-18 passes for 92 yards to lead Marist.

Davidson 28, Morehead State 26
DAVIDSON, N.C. - Davidson scored 21 points in the second quarter and held on for a 28-26 PFL victory against Morehead State, Saturday, at Richardson Stadium. Mason Sheron's touchdown with five-yard touchdown run with 2:00 left in the second quarter put Davidson ahead 28-10. But those would be the last points the Wildcats would score. Morehead State would score on Grady Cramer's four-yard touchdown pass just before halftime. A third-quarter field goal narrowed the deficit to 28-20 in the third quarter. Morehead State would have an opportunity to tie the game early in the fourth quarter after Cramer's two-yard touchdown run, but the two-point conversion try failed. A 43-yard field goal attempt on the game's final play went wide right. Davidson saw 11 runners compile 73 rushes for 467 yards and four touchdowns. Cramer passed for 304 yards, completing 22-of-43 passes, to pace the Eagles.

Butler 26, Valparaiso 25
VALPARAISO, Ind. - Lucas Kozlowski intercepted a pass with 38 seconds remaining, sealing Butler's 26-25 PFL victory against Valparaiso, Saturday, at Brown Field. Trailing through the first three quarters, Butler used a 20-point fourth quarter to chase down the Beacons. Bret Bushka's two-yard touchdown run with 1:45 left gave the Bulldogs their only lead, 26-25. Valparaiso drove down the field on the following possession and reached the Butler 31-yard line. But a deep pass on 2nd-and-10 was intercepted by Kozlowski, securing the win. Bushka threw for two touchdowns and ran for another, finishing the game with 368 total yards - 259 passing and a team-leading 69 rushing.
