Seven PFL Alumni on NFL Rosters to Begin 2023 Season

With the start of the NFL's 2023 season, seven PFL alumni were on the field. All seven saw action during the opening week. Here's a quick look at their performances:

Jamal Agnew (San Diego) – Jacksonville | Agnew finished Week 1 with 76 all-purpose yards, including 78 yards in combined kick returns, in Jacksonville’s loss at Indianapolis.

Ross Dwelley (San Diego) – San Francisco | Dwelley action on 12 offensive snaps and 24 special teams snaps in San Francisco’s win at Pittsburgh.

Josh Johnson (San Diego) – Baltimore | Johnson was listed as QB2 on the Baltimore depth chart but did not play in the Ravens win against Houston.

Zion Johnson (Davidson) – L.A. Chargers | Johnson, an offensive lineman, saw action on all 81 snaps for the Chargers.

Jason Myers (Marist) – Seattle | Myers began his ninth season in the NFL by making 2-of-3 field goals, including a 42-yarder, in Seattle’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

Donald Parham (Stetson) – L.A. Chargers | Parham scored the first touchdown of 2023 by a PFL alumnus. He had three receptions for 21 yards, including a touchdown reception from Justin Herbert, in the Chargers loss to Miami.

Adam Trautman (Dayton) – Denver | Trautman caught five passes for 34 yards in Denver’s loss to Las Vegas.
