Cook took over to start the second quarter and immediately led Dayton to a touchdown and a 28-7 lead. Robert Morris would end the first half with its second touchdown, closing to 28-14, but Cook led his second touchdown drive on Dayton's opening drive of the second half to seal the victory. Cook completed 7-of-12 passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns. The Flyers also finished with 272 rushing yards on 39 carries, Tucker Yinger leading that effort with 139 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. Richie Warfield also ran for a pair of touchdowns in the win. Jacksonville 63, St. Augustine's 14 Six different Dolphins runners scored touchdowns in the contest, Calvin Turner Jr. leading the effort with 11 carries for 207 yards and three touchdowns. He had a 36-yard scoring run in the first quarter before breaking off scoring runs of 73 and 26 yards in the third quarter as the Jacksonville lead hit 49-7. Jared Morris also had a pair of scoring touchdowns in the win. Georgetown 39, Marist 14 Georgetown did all the scoring in the first half, easing out to an 11-0 lead. The Hoyas added to their advantage with a pair of touchdowns to start the second half and owned a 25-0 lead before Marist broke through. The Red Foxes would take advantage of a Hoyas turnover inside its own 10-yard line when Marist backup quarterback Mike Husini connected with Jon Kanda for a touchdown, narrowing the deficit to 25-7. However, Georgetown replied with a touchdown on the ensuing drive and the teams would trade scores in the fourth quarter to set the finale. Husini completed 9-of-16 passes for 73 yards, including his touchdown toss. Butler 23, #23 Youngstown State 21 Trailing 21-7 after three quarters, Butler quarterback Will Marty led Butler to three scoring drives in the fourth quarter. He opened the frame with a six-yard touchdown pass to Pace Temple to complete an impressive 11-play, 80-yard drive. Late in the frame, he led a five-play, 42-yard drive set up by a bad Penguins punt, finishing the drive with a seven-yard run on his own. However, Butler's two-point conversion try was stopped, leaving it facing a 21-20 deficit. Bulldogs kicker Drew Bevelhimer would help the Bulldogs cause by executing an on-side kick that was recovered by Butler at their own 47-yard line. Marty drove Butler to the Youngstown 26-yard line where Bevelhimer connected on a 44-yard field goal for the lead with four seconds remaining. Martin completed 25-of-38 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns and added 25 rushing yards and a touchdown on eight carries. Temple caught 14 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown. San Diego 38, Western New Mexico 9 The Toreros scored the game's first 28 points, Lawrence running for a 19-yard score, connecting on passes of 24 and 2 yards before Emilio Martinez tacked on a fourth touchdown from two-yards out. Lawrence found Michael Bandy and Zach Nelson for his touchdown throws, two of the six receivers he would find in a 25-of-36, 254-yard passing performance. Martinez ran for 62 yards and a touchdown to pace San Diego's 167-yard rushing peformance. Joseph Binda Jr. added 73 yards on 11 carries. Stetson 48, Point 7 After scoring 10 points in the opening quarter, the Hatters broke the game open in the second with 28 points. Kicker Jonny Messina connected on field goals of 36 and 21 yards, Collin McGovern connected with Steven Burdette for a touchdown while Jareem Westcott and Burdette also ran for touchdowns. McGovern completed 15-of-22 passes for 195 yards and a touchdown to lead the Stetson offense. Matt Taff rushed for 109 yards on 19 carries to led the Hatters run offense and Burdette caught 10 passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns. Davidson 34, Brevard 13 After Dugger's dash, the Wildcats had four more big plays as they raced out to a 34-0 first-half lead. William Wicks would score on a 57-yard run, Harrison Hill would return an interception 48-yards for a touchdown and Wicks would catch a 36-yard touchdown pass from Tyler Phelps to set the halftime score. Dugger would finish the day with 118 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. The Wildcats would amass 334 yards on 50 carries and scored three touchdowns via its ground game.
