Butler needed a touchdown with two seconds remaining to finish Week 10 action as the PFL's lone unbeaten team, clinching a share of the PFL title in the process. Drake fell from the ranks of the unbeaten with a loss at Dayton. Valparaiso picked up its season's first victory with a road win while Morehead State won its second straight contest. The San Diego-Marist contest was postponed due to the after-effects of Hurricane Sandy.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Quarterback Matt Lancaster scored on a one-yard run with two seconds remaining to push Butler past Jacksonville, 19-16, in Saturday PFL action at the Butler Bowl. Jacksonville opened the game with a Dylan Lynch 22-yard field goal to take a 3-0 lead and would not trail until Lancaster's score. Lancaster kept Butler in the contest with touchdown throws to Dylan Johnson in the second quarter and Zach Wolfe in the third quarter and he finished the game completing 23-of-43 passes for 260 yards and two touchdowns. Lynch would lead Jacksonville with three field goals, adding kicks from 41 and 23 yards later in the contest. Offensively, Jacksonville quarterback Trevius Folston completed 19-of-27 passes for 144 yards.

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Running back Jake Hutson ran for 248 yards and scored three consecutive touchdowns to lead Valparaiso past Campbell, 41-21, in Saturday PFL action at Barker-Lane Stadium. The Crusaders scored the game's final 34 points to rally from a 21-7 deficit with 8:41 remaining in the second quarter. Valparaiso, led by Huston's performance, finished the game with 304 rushing yards while quarterback Eric Hoffman completed 21-of-23 passes for 200 yards and three touchdowns. Campbell scored 21 of the game's first 28 points, one touchdown coming courtesy Jeff Swinton's 67-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown. The Fighting Camels finished with 287 offensive yards, quarterback Dakota Wolf finishing with 184 total offensive yards and a touchdown.

DAYTON, Ohio – Dayton forced three turnovers to stun Drake, 28-13, in PFL action Saturday at Welcome Stadium. After entering halftime tied at 7-7, Dayton's Kyle Sebetic returned an interception 32 yards for a touchdown to start the second half. Drake would muster a pair of field goals to close within a point, 14-13, with 14:16 remaining, but Dayton would score the game's final 14 points to secure the win. Neither offense had a dominant afternoon, Dayton posting a narrow 284-260 edge in offensive yardage. Flyers running back Dan Jacob carried the ball 17 times for 68 yards and two touchdowns. Drake quarterback Mike Piatkowski completed 20-of-41 passes for 243 yards and a touchdown but also threw two interceptions.

MOREHEAD, Ky. – Morehead State scored 42 consecutive points to second its second straight win with a 49-14 PFL victory against Davidson, Saturday, at Jayne Stadium. Eagles running back Rees Macshara finished with 23 carries for 126 yards and two touchdowns – one to start the game and the other to end halftime. Eagles quarterback Zach Lewis added a 20-of-30, 267-yard, two touchdown passing performance. Davidson quarterback Jonathan Carkhuff completed 22-of-41 passes for 171 yards and a touchdown, but suffered three interceptions.
