PFL Tiebreaker Scenarios

PFL SOUTH TIEBREAKER SCENARIOS
Only if Davidson defeats Morehead State AND Jacksonville defeats Austin Peay:
Please note, that if at any point a tie is reduced to two teams, then the head-to-head tiebreaker applies.

a) Cumulative record between the tied teams: all three teams would be tied
b) Each teams record against the next highest ranked team: all three teams would have defeated Austin Peay
c) Team which allowed the fewest total points for the games among the tied teams;
��������� a. Morehead State: 12 PA to Jacksonville
��������� b. Davidson: 21 PA to Jacksonville
��������� c. Jacksonville: 44 total points allowed
������������������� i. Morehead State allows fewer than nine points, Morehead State advances;
������������������� ii. If the final score of the Davidson-Morehead State contest is 9-0, then Davidson advances by virtue of the
������������������� head-to-head tiebreaker;
������������������� iii. Morehead State allows between nine and 32 points AND Davidson allows fewer than 23 points,
������������������� Davidson advances
������������������� iv. Morehead State allows more than 32 points AND Davidson allows more than 23 points, Jacksonville advances
������������������� v. If the final score of the Davidson-Morehead State contest is 32-23, then the next tiebreaker follows:
d) Team which allowed the fewest total points for all games played within the division;
��������� a. Morehead State: 24 PA as of Oct. 17
��������� b. Davidson: 27 PA
��������� c. Jacksonville: 44 PA
��������� d. If all three teams remain tied then the next step follows;
e) Champion drawn by lot.

PFL NORTH TIEBREAKER SCENARIOS
Only if Drake defeats San Diego AND Dayton, Drake and San Diego remain at one loss the rest of the way:
Please note, that if at any point a tie is reduced to two teams, then the head-to-head tiebreaker applies.

a) Cumulative Record between the tied teams: all three teams would be tied
b) Each Teams record against the next highest ranked team: all three teams would have defeated VAL and BUT
c) Team which allowed the fewest total points for the games among the tied teams
��������� a. Dayton: 65 total PA
��������� b. Drake: 25 PA to DAY
��������� c. San Diego: 24 PA to DAY
������������������� i. Drake wins by one point ONLY, but neither team scores 40 points or more, DRA and USD are tied in
������������������� points allowed, Drake advances by virtue of the H-2-H tiebreaker;
������������������� ii. Drake wins but both USD and DRA score more than 40 points, Dayton advances
������������������� iii. San Diego advances ONLY if they defeat Drake
������������������� iv. If the final score is 41-40, then the following tiebreaker applies;
d) Team which allowed the fewest total points for all games played within the division
��������� a. Dayton: 65 PA
��������� b. Drake: 25 PA
��������� c. San Diego: 31 PA
��������� d. If all three teams remain tied then the next step follows
e) Champion drawn by lot.
