Stetson 38, Morehead State 26
DELAND, Fla. - Javeon Ensley's 32-yard pick-six kicked off a 21-point second quarter that proved decisive as Stetson held on for a 38-26 PFL victory against Morehead State, Saturday, at Spec Martin Stadium. Morehead State built a 13-7 lead early in the second quarter when Grady Cramer connected with Kenny Lewis for an 18-yard touchdown. Morehead State appeared to extend its lead when a Stetson field-goal attempt was blocked and returned 90 yards for a touchdown but a personal foul nullfied the touchdown. On the ensuing drive, the Eagles saw Ensley nab a pass and return it for a touchdown for the 14-13 lead and the Hatters would take a 28-20 lead into halftime. Moreehad State would close within five points, 31-26, after a blocked punt return for a touchdown. However, Jalen Leary would seal the win with an 18-yard touchdown run. Ensley led Stetson with two interceptions, eight tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, a pass break up and a blocked kick. Morehead State was held to 189 offensive yards while Stetson racked up 389 yards.

Valparaiso 28, San Diego 21
VALPARAISO, Ind. - Valparaiso scored 28 unanswered points and held on to down San Diego, 28-21, in PFL action Saturday at Brown Field. San Diego jumped out to a 14-0 lead as Judd Erickson and Vance Jefferson each threw touchdown passes. Valparaiso's Mason Kaplan ran for a touchdown and passed for two more over the next three quarters to help Valparaiso build a 28-14 lead. San Diego would score with 1:49 remaining as Judd Erickson threw his second touchdown pass but the ensuing on-side kick was recovered by Valparaiso to seal the victory. Kaplan completed 4-of-6 passes for 102 yards and two scores while running for 44 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. Erickson completed 13-of-27 passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns to pace San Diego.

Marist 30, Drake 25
DES MOINES, Iowa -Amin Woods' six-yard touchdown run with 43 seconds remaining helped Marist secure a 30-25 PFL victory against Drake, Saturday, at Drake Stadium. Marist took a 24-10 lead midway through the third quarter on a Luke Paladino field goal. Drake responded with the game's next 15 points, including three field goals by Luke Williams, to take a 25-24 lead with 3:36 remaining in the game. Marist would get the ball on its own 20-yard line and used 14 plays to cover the 80 yards with Woods capping the drive with a touchdown. Brock Bagozzi completed 25-of-38 passes for 259 yards and a touchdown to lead Marist. Ian Corwin passed for 350 yards on 18-of-39 passing, incluidng a touchdown, to pace Drake.

St. Thomas 43, Lincoln (Calif.) 6
ST. PAUL, Minn. - Cade Sexauer threw for three touchdowns and St. Thomas' defense allowed just two field goals in a 43-6 nonconference victory against Lincoln (Calif.), Saturday, at O'Shaughnessy Stadium. Sexauer opened the scoring with touchdown passes to Jacob Wildermuth and James Klecker for a quick 15-0 lead halfway through the first quarter. After a scoreless second quarter, St. Thomas broke the game open with 22 points in the third and didn't look back. Sexauer completed 15-of-22 passes for 185 yarts to pace St. Thomas.

Davidson 56, Presbyterian 24
CLINTON, S.C. - TJ Magee's 89-yard return of the opening kickoff for a touchdown set the tone as Davidson scored 35 points in the first half en route to a 56-24 PFL victory against Presbyterian, Saturday, at Bailey Memorial Stadium. After a Presbyterian field goal on the next drive, Davidson scored on consecutive drives with Mark McCurdy and Coy Williams each rushing for scores. Those were the first of five rushing touchdowns by the Wildcats, who ran the ball 65 times for 408 yards in the win. Jayden Waddell rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. Presbyterian's Nate Hayden completed 20-of-31 passes for 196 yards including a fourth-quarter touchdown.
