MACON, Ga. – Grady Cramer completed 16-of-24 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown but Morehead State dropped a 63-13 nonconference outing at Mercer, Saturday. Mercer opened the game with the first 21 points, including touchdown runs of 65 and 56 yards by running back Austin Douglas. After a muffed punt by Mercer, Morehead State took advantage of the short field to score six plays later when Cramer found Kyle Daly for a 10-yard touchdown strike. Nathan Hazlett tacked on field goals of 33 and 36 yards to close out the Eagles scoring. Mercer outgained Morehead State 625-278.
