San Diego 52, Butler 21
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Trailing 14-7 after the first quarter, San Diego scored 45 unanswered points to secure a 52-21 PFL victory against Butler, Saturday. Butler grabbed the lead with two touchowns to end the first quarter, including a Nick Orlando-to-Nate Walker 59-yard touchdown pass and a Brody Reder one-yard run. San Diego tied the game in the second quarter but took control with 17 points in the third quarter. But a 21-point fourth quarter was highlighted by two Toreros pick-sixes, the first a 24-yarder by Michael Hawkins and the second a 53-yarder by Zamir Wallace to put the game away. Randall threw three touchdown passes as part of a 24-for-29, 257-yard passing performance to lead San Diego. Nick Orlando passed for 145 yards and a touchdown and caught two passes for 45 yards to pace Butler.

Marist 34, Stetson 3
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Marist scored the game's first 24 points, in four different ways, and the defense surrendered only a field goal in a 34-3 PFL victory, Saturday. Marist opened the game with a field goal, a rushing touchdown, a passing touchdown and a interception returned for a touchdown in the opening 23:21 to take a 24-0 lead. Stetson would score its lone points on Cameron Gillis' 27-yard field goal with 2:38 left in the first half. Marist's quarterback Austin Day went 22-of-31 for 276 yards and two touchdowns, finding Dwayne Menders for 10 receptions, 142 yards and a touchdown. Stetson quarterback John Seter went 25-of-42 for 247 yards.

Dayton 28, Drake 10
DES MOINES, Iowa – Dayton opened the game's scoring with Ca'Ron Coleman's four-yard fumble return for a touchdown and Jake Chisholm rushed for a pair of touchdowns in Dayton's 28-10 PFL victory against Drake, Saturday. Coleman's scoop-and-score in the second quarter was followed by rushing touchdowns from both Jack Cook and Chisholm en route to a 21-0 lead after three quarters. Drake scored twice in the fourth quarter with Shane Dunning's 33-yard field goal and Blake Ellingson's 18-yard touchdown pass. However, Dayton tacked on an insurance touchdown on Chisholm's 10-yard run with four minutes left. Chisholm finished with 144 yards and two touchdowns on 34 carries. Ellingson completed 19-of-33 passes for 244 yards and a touchdown.

Morehead State 38, Presbyterian 30
CLINTON, S.C. – Issah Aguero rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns, leading Morehead State past Presbyterian, 38-30, in Saturday PFL action. Aguero's first touchdown closed Morehead State's 17-0 game-opening run. The two teams would trade touchdowns over the final three quarters with Aguero's second touchdown giving the Eagles a 38-22 lead with 3:31 left. Presbyterian got back within a touchdown with 1:07 left when Ren Hefley found Mack Simmons for a 34-yard touchdown. Morehead State recovered the on-side kick to seal the victory. Hefley enjoyed a 551-yard passing performance on 50-of-80 passig with four touchdowns to lead Presbyterian.

St. Thomas 20, Valparaiso 13
ST. PAUL, Minn. – Tom Loeffler ran for a pair of touchdowns and St. Thomas fended off a late Valparaiso rally for a 20-13 PFL victory, Saturday. Loeffler's first touchdown run, a six-yard dash, helped St. Thoms take a 7-3 lead in the second quarter. In the third frame, St.Thomas got rushing scores from Cade Sexauer and Loeffler to build a 20-3 lead. Valparaiso tacked on a second Brian Bartholomew field goal to get within 14 points and they halved that deficit midway through the fourth quarter with a 35-yard pass from Ben Nimz. However, an interception ended Valparaiso's final drive and St. Thomas was able to run out the clock. Loeffler finished the day with 48 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries. Nimz went 17-of-25 for 177 yards and a touchdown.
