PFL Alumni in the NFL Report: Week 1

The Pioneer Football League saw six alumni on NFL active rosters to begin the 2021 NFL campaign. All six saw action during the league's opening weekend. Here is a quick snapshot of their performances.

  • Donald Parham Jr., Tight End, Los Angeles Chargers (Stetson) | Parham saw action on more than half of the Chargers offensive snaps and was targeted once in the Chargers win against Washington.
  • Adam Trautman, Tight End, New Orleans Saints (Dayton) | Trautman caught three passes for 18 yards in New Orleans victory against Green Bay.
  • Ross Dwelley, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego) | Dwelley started in San Francisco’s win at Detroit and was on the field both offensively and on special teams.
  • Jamal Agnew, Wide Receiver, Detroit Lions (San Diego) | Agnew returned a pair of punts in Jacksonville’s loss at Houston.
  • Jason Myers, Kicker, Seattle Seahawks (Marist) | Myers converted all four of his PATs in Seattle’s victory at Indiana.
  • Eric Saubert, Tight End, Denver Broncos (Drake) | Saubert caught a pass for seven yards and saw plenty of time on special teams in Denver’s victory at the New York Giants.

The following PFL alumni were listed on an NFL roster in Week 1: 

  • Josh Johnson, Quarterback, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego) [Practice Squad]
  • Reid Sinnett, Quarterback, Miami Dolphins (San Diego) [Practice Squad]
