POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Ian Corwin threw a career-high four touchdowns to lead Drake past Marist, 41-17, in Saturday PFL action at Tenney Stadium. Corwin threw three touchdown passes, including a 22-yarder and a 32-yarder in the first half as Drake raced out to a 27-3 halftime lead. Marist scored the second half's first touchdown, Austin Day connecting with Anthony Olivencia for a 39-yard strike. However, Corwin hit Steven Doran on a 29-yard touchdown pass to return the lead to 24 points and Drake didn't look back the rest of the way. Corwin completed 20-of-29 passes for 255 yards and four touchdowns, connecting with four different receivers on those scores. Day connected on 21-of-39 passes for 221 yards and a touchdown to pace Marist.

DeLAND, Fla. – Stetson overcame an early 14-0 deficit to roll past North Carolina Wesleyan, 55-21, Saturday at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium. The Battling Bishops struck for touchdowns on their first two offensive drives, capitalizing on a Hatters turnover to take a 14-0 lead. Stetson scored the final 10 points of the first quarter then took the lead for good when Gaven DeFilippo found Jeremiah Nails for a four-yard touchdown to open the second quarter. Connor Wilson then returned a blocked punt 12 yards for a touchdown that extended the lead to 24-14 and the Hatters would not be threatened the rest of the way. DeFilippo threw three touchdown passes as part of a 21-for-24, 176-yard outing.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Running back B.J. Riley threw a 69-yard touchdown pass to open the day's scoring as Jacksonville downed Ave Maria, 42-28, Saturday at D.B. Milne Field. Riley's big touchdown throw was followed quickly by Calvin Turner Jr.'s 57-yard touchdown run as Jacksonville jumped out to a 14-0 lead. Ave Maria would get as close as a field goal after a second-quarter touchdown, but touchdowns on consecutive Jacksonville possessions thrwarted the rally, giving the host Dolphins a 31-14 lead they would not relinquish. Turner Jr. ran for two touchdowns on 15 carries covering 145 yards.

VALPARAISO, Ind. – In a game that featured six field goals, Valparaiso saw a 13-7 halftime lead evaporate as Charleston hit four field goals to down the Crusaders, 19-13, Saturday at Brown Field. Both teams scored touchdowns in the first quarter, but those were the only touchdowns in the contest. Valparaiso kicker Dimitrios Latsonas hit field goals from 30 and 42 yards for a 13-7 lead with 3:47 left. Charleston kicker Tim McCutchen responded with a 28-yard field goal as the halftime gun sounded then connected from 39, 20 and 41 yards in the second half to give the Golden Eagles the win.
