RECAPS

San Diego 63, Jacksonville 10
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Quarterback Anthony Lawrence threw a career-high six touchdowns, leading San Diego to a 63-10 PFL victory against Jacksonville, Saturday, at D.B. Milne Field. Lawrence completed 18-of-24 passes for 268 yards in less than three quarters of action. He opened the game by leading the Toreros on a nine-play, 78-yard drive that he capped with a 24-yard touchdown pass to Nate Loya. Lawrence then found Loya for another first-quarter touchdown – the first of five consecutive touchdown drives for San Diego. The Toreros defense held Jacksonville to 235 offensive yards, only 98 of that through the air.

Butler 37, Campbell 23
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For a second straight week Butler handed a team its first PFL loss as Sam Schrader rushed for two scores in a 37-23 PFL victory against Campbell, Saturday, at Sellick Stadium. Schrader ran for touchdowns in the second and fourth quarters and passed for another in the contest, finishing with 94 rushing yards on 18 carries. Campbell quarterback Daniel Smith finished with 321 passing yards on 25-of-33 passing that included two touchdowns, but Campbell was held to 34 rushing yards after averaging more than 240 yards per game entering the contest.

Dayton 48, Davidson 22
DAVIDSON, N.C. – Cole Kaparos ran for two touchdowns in a 27-point third quarter as Dayton ran away from Davidson in a 48-22 PFL victory, Saturday, at Richardson Stadium. Kaparos has 17 carries for 66 yards while Tucker Yinger scored twice on 14 carries for 135 yards. Yinger's 71-yard touchdown dash gave Dayton a 28-15 lead in the third frame before Jack Crain's 34-yard interception return for a touchdown in front of Kaparos' two touchdowns. Davidson quarterback Tyler Phelps ran for a touchdown and passed for another, finishing the game with 237 offensive yards.

Drake 19, Marist 14
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Danny Donley kicked four field goals to help Drake get past Marist, 19-14, in Saturday PFL action at Tenney Stadium. Drake scored its only touchdown to cap an 18-play, 87-yard drive that consumed more than nine minutes. From there, the Buldogs relied on Donley's leg which connected from 20, 30, 27 and 22 yards. Marist got back within a possession with 61 seconds left when Mike White found Juston Christian for a 13-yard score but the Red Foxes could not recover the ensuing on-side kick.

Morehead State 29, Stetson 26
MOREHEAD, Ky. Lawson Page found Landon Hurst on a 15-yard touchdown pass with 30 seconds left as Morehead State escaped with a 29-26 victory against Stetson, Saturday, at Spec Martin Stadium. Morehead State entered the second half with a 21-10 lead but Stetson scored the game's next 16 points thanks to a Eddie Curry interception return for a touchdown, a Jonny Messina field goal and a Bryce Blackmon one-yard touchdown run. But Page led the Eagles on an 11-play, 63-yard drive that needed only 2:50 to find the end zone for the victory.
