Drake was the lone home team to post a win in Week 6 and remained tied atop the league standings with Jacksonville and Butler which both won road contests. Dayton also picked up a win on the road.

DAYTON def. DAVIDSON, 38-3
DAVIDSON, N.C. – Connor Kacsor ran for 135 yards and two touchdowns to lead Dayton past Davidson, 38-3, in Saturday PFL action at Richardson Stadium. The Flyers scored the game's first 31 points, including a 66-yard fumble return for a touchdown by Devon Morgan. Davidson's offense matched Dayton with three red-zone opportunities, but only converted one for a field goal and saw the other two short-circuited by fumbles, the last on a sack by Morgan who returned it for the touchdown. Dayton posted 408 offensive yards in the win, including 289 on the ground. The Wildcats finished with 303 yards, including 231 courtesy Jonathan Carkhuff's 22-of-39 passing performance.

JACKSONVILLE def. MOREHEAD STATE, 38-17
MOREHEAD, ,Ky. – Jacksonville overcame an early deficit to post a 38-17 PFL victory at Morehead State, Saturday, at Jayne Stadium. The Eagles jumped out to a 14-0 lead thanks to a Kevin Thomas touchdown run and a Michael Jackson 46-yard fumble return for a touchdown on the Dolphins ensuing drive. Morehead State led 17-7 after a Rainer Duzan second-quarter field goal but Jacksonville struck with consecutive scores to take a 21-17 halftime lead. The Dolphins extended their lead with three second half touchdowns, but went without a defensive or special teams touchdown for the first time since Week 1. Jacksonville quarterback Kade Bell completed 16-of-22 passes for 238 yards and four touchdowns. Morehead State quarterback Zach Lewis became the PFL's career completions leader with a 21-of-43, 182 yard performance and finished the game with 787 career completions.

DES MOINES, Iowa – Drake jumped out to a 14-0 first quarter lead and did not look back in a 38-10 PFL victory against San Diego, Saturday, in a matchup of the 2011 league co-champions at Drake Stadium. Bulldogs quarterback Michael Piatkowski passed for three touchdowns and ran for another, finishing the game with 250 passing yards and 16 rushing yards. Drake's defense wreaked havoc on San Diego's offense, forcing six turnovers – four interceptions and two fumbles. Toreros quarterback Mason Mills completed 21-of-37 passes for 216 yards and a touchdown but could not overcome the quartet of interceptions.

VALPARAISO, Ind. – Butler scored the game's first 35 points in a 56-17 PFL victory against Valparaiso, Saturday, at Brown Stadium. Valparaiso fumbled on its first two possessions and Butler converted each time, running only four plays for its first two touchdowns. The Bulldogs amassed 598 yards on 61 total plays as quarterback Matt Lancaster completed 11-of-13 passes for 246 yards while running back Trae Heeter needed only 11 carries and 76 yards to score three times. Valparaiso recorded only 375 yards despite running 89 plays, quarterback Eric Hoffman completed 25-of-35 passes for 152 yards.
