San Diego defensive lineman Blake Oliaro, Marist tight end Anthony Calcagni and Butler linebacker Jordan Ridley were each named to College Sports Madness Preseason All-America teams. 

Oliaro was a first-team selection, an honor that joins his first-team preseason All-America selection by The Sports Network. He also was named to the Buck Buchanan Preseason Watch List by The Sports Network. Oliaro finished the season ranked fourth among FCS athletes with 1.36 sacks per game (15 sacks in 11 games) and was ranked 10th nationally with 1.77 tackles for loss per game (19.5 total).

Calcagni and Ridley were each third team selections. Calcagni was a first-team All-PFL selection last season after making 40 catches for 494 yards and five touchdowns last season. Ridley also earned first-team All-PFL honors last season after leading all PFL tacklers with 140 stops last season.
