PFL Alumni in the NFL: Week 8

The Pioneer Football League has seven alumni on NFL active rosters in 2022. Four of the league’s alumni saw action during Week 8 of the NFL campaign:

  • Donald Parham Jr., Tight End, Los Angeles Chargers (Stetson) | Parham missed Week 8 due to injury.
  • Adam Trautman, Tight End, New Orleans Saints (Dayton) | Trautman missed Week 8 due to injury.
  • Ross Dwelley, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego) | Dwelley had a 56-yard reception and played on 34 snaps in San Francisco's win against the Los Angeles Rams.
  • Jamal Agnew, Wide Receiver, Jacksonville Jaguars (San Diego) | Agnew missed Week 8 due to injury.
  • Jason Myers, Kicker, Seattle Seahawks (Marist) | Myers connected on a pair of field goals (35 and 51 yards) and was 3-of-3 on PATs in Seattle's victory against the New York Giants. With the 51-yarder he improved to 4-of-4 on field goals of 50-plus yards this season.
  • Eric Saubert, Tight End, Denver Broncos (Drake) | Saubert had a kick return of 15 yards and played on 37 snaps in Denver's victory at Jacksonville.
  • Michael Bandy, Wide Receiver, Los Angeles Chargers (San Diego) | Bandy and the Los Angeles Chargers took their bye week.

The following PFL alumni were listed on an NFL practice squad roster: 

  • Josh Johnson, Quarterback, Denver Broncos (San Diego)
  • Michael Niese, Offensive Lineman, Chicago (Dayton)

PFL Alumni Touchdown Counter: 5

  • Ross Dwelley 38 yard pass from Jimmy Garoppolo (9/18 vs. Seattle)
  • Eric Saubert 22 yard pass from Russell Wilson (9/18 vs. Houston)
  • Jamal Agnew 4 yard pass from Trevor Lawrence (10/2 at Philadelphia)
  • Jamal Agnew 8 yard pass from Trevor Lawrence (10/2 at Philadelphia)
  • Adam Trautman 22 yard pass from Taysom Hill (10/9 vs. Seattle)
