PFL Alumni in the NFL: Week 8

The Pioneer Football League saw eight alumni on NFL active rosters as the NFL season reached its midpoint. Here is a quick snapshot of their performances during Week 8 of the NFL season.

  • Jamal Agnew, Wide Receiver, Jacksonville Jaguars (San Diego) | Agnew tied a season high with six receptions for 38 yards and had his season’s first touchdown reception in Jacksonville’s loss at Seattle. 
  • Ross Dwelley, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego) | Dwelley saw action on 23 snaps (15 on offense) during San Francisco’s win at Chicago. 
  • Josh Johnson, Quarterback, New York Jets (San Diego) | Making his first NFL appearance since 2018, Johnson went 2-for-4 for 17 yards on five snaps in New York’s victory against Cincinnati.
  • Jason Myers, Kicker, Seattle Seahawks (Marist) | Myers hit a field goal and was 4-of-4 on PATs in Seattle’s victory against Jacksonville.
  • Eric Saubert, Tight End, Denver Broncos (Drake) | Saubert saw action on 21 snaps (seven on offense) in Denver’s victory against Washington.  
  • Adam Trautman, Tight End, New Orleans Saints (Dayton) | Trautman had two receptions for four yards in his fourth consecutive start for New Orleans, which defeated Tampa Bay.
  • Donald Parham Jr., Tight End, Los Angeles Chargers (Stetson) | Parham saw action on 29 snaps (25 on offense) in Los Angeles’ loss to New England.  
  • Reid Sinnett, Quarterback, Philadelphia Eagles (San Diego) | Philadelphia claimed Sinnett of waivers and was placed on the Eagles active roster prior to Week 8’s action, but did not see action in Philadelphia’s victory at Detroit.
