The Pioneer Football League has six alumni on NFL active rosters in 2022. All six of the PFL's alumni saw action during Week 10 of the NFL campaign:

• Adam Trautman, Tight End, New Orleans Saints (Dayton) | Trautman nabbed two passes for 22 yards in New Orleans' loss at Pittsburgh.
• Ross Dwelley, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego) | Dwelley saw action on 24 special teams snaps in San Francisco's win against the Los Angeles Chargers.
• Jamal Agnew, Wide Receiver, Jacksonville Jaguars (San Diego) | Agnew had three receptions for four yards, two kick returns for 72 yards, and a punt return of 19 yards in Jacksonville's loss at Kansas City.
• Jason Myers, Kicker, Seattle Seahawks (Marist) | Myers connected on a field goal and PAT in Seattle's loss at Tampa Bay. He connected on a 55-yard field goal, his 28th career field goal made from 50-plus yards.
• Eric Saubert, Tight End, Denver Broncos (Drake) | Saubert had a 12-yard reception in Denver's loss at Tennessee.
• Michael Bandy, Wide Receiver, Los Angeles Chargers (San Diego) | Bandy was targeted once on 49 offensive snaps in Los Angeles' loss at San Francisco.

The following PFL alumni were listed on an NFL practice squad roster: 

• Josh Johnson, Quarterback, Denver Broncos (San Diego)
