PFL Alumni in the NFL: Week 3

The Pioneer Football League saw six alumni on NFL active rosters to begin the 2022 NFL campaign. Five saw action during the NFL's Week 3. Here is a quick snapshot of their performances.

  • Donald Parham Jr., Tight End, Los Angeles Chargers (Stetson) | Parham did not see action as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury.
  • Adam Trautman, Tight End, New Orleans Saints (Dayton) | Trautman notched his first reception, a nine-yard catch, in New Orleans' loss at Carolina.
  • Ross Dwelley, Tight End, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego) | Dwelley saw action on 28 snaps, mostly on special teams, in San Francisco's loss at Denver.
  • Jamal Agnew, Wide Receiver, Jacksonville Jaguars (San Diego) | Agnew had a 17-yard reception and three punt returns for 18 yards in Jacksonville's win at the Los Angeles Chargers.
  • Jason Myers, Kicker, Seattle Seahawks (Marist) | Myers was responsible for 11 points in Seattle's loss to Atlanta. He connected on three field goals (32, 31, and 25 yards) along with two PATs on the day.
  • Eric Saubert, Tight End, Denver Broncos (Drake) | Saubert was credited with a special teams tackle in Denver's win against San Francisco.

The following PFL alumni were listed on an NFL practice squad roster: 

  • Josh Johnson, Quarterback, San Francisco 49ers (San Diego)
  • Michael Bandy, Wide Receiver, L.A. Chargers (San Diego)
  • Michael Niese, Offensive Lineman, Chicago (Dayton)
