SAN DIEGO 47, JACKSONVILLE 28
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – JoJo Binda Jr. ran for four touchdowns as San Diego wrapped up an unbeaten 2019 PFL campaign with a 47-28 victory against Jacksonville, Saturday, at D.B. Milne Field. San Diego didn't have an easy go of it en route to winning their 37th consecutive PFL contest, needing to score 17 points over the final 14:52 to pull away for the victory. Jacksonville rallied from an early 17-0 deficit to close within two points, 30-28, on Caleb Grimes 10-yard run to open the fourth quarter. But San Diego responded with a Brandon Eickert 29-yard field goal, a Reid Sinnett touchdown run and Binda Jr.'s final touchdown dash to secure the win. Binda Jr. finished with 147 yards on 26 carries to lead the Toreros offense. Calvin Turner Jr. paced Jacksonville with 105 passing yards, 172 rushing yards and three touchdowns (two rushing, one passing).

DAYTON 51, BUTLER 38
DAYTON, Ohio – Jack Cook threw for four touchdowns and ran for another as Dayton used a 31-point scoring run to get past Butler, 51-38, Saturday at Welcome Stadium. Butler scored the game's first points on Drew Bevelhimer's 36-yard field goal. However, Dayton scored the next 31 points, Cook passing for four scores and three of those going to Ryan Skibinski, to take a 31-3 lead. From there the Flyers and Bulldogs traded touchdowns the rest of the game as Dayton rode out to the win. Dayton's 601-yard outing saw Cook pass for 273 yards, Jake Chisholm run for 166 yards and Skibinski post 144 receiving yards. Butler's Nick Orlando and Brad Sznajder ran for 158 and 125 yards, respectively, to lead a 519-yard day.

DRAKE 31, DAVIDSON 28
DAVIDSON, N.C. – Drew Lauer's four-yard touchdown reception from Ian Corwin with 14:16 left in the game proved just enough as Drake outlasted Davidson, 31-28, in Saturday PFL action at Richardson Stadium. Davidson enjoyed a 14-7 lead early in the second quarter after Kahleel Shaw's 31-yard touchdown run. But Drake scored the next 17 points, getting touchdown throws from wide receiver Alex Bray and quarterback Corwin as well as a 21-yard Nathan De Bruin field goal, to take a 24-14 lead. The Corwin-to-Lauer touchdown pass provided Drake its second 10-point lead, 31-21. Davidson then drove 60 yards with Wesley Dugger diving in from two yards out to set the final score. Both defenses stiffened over the final 8:25 allowing a combined two yards on the final five drives. Lauer ran for 127 yards on 25 carries, including the game-winning touchdown. Dugger ran for 109 yards on 27 carries and scored twice.

STETSON 31, MOREHEAD STATE 16
MOREHEAD, Ky. – Gaven DeFilippo threw for three touchdowns and ran for another as Stetson downed Morehead State, 31-16, in PFL play Saturday at Jayne Stadium. After a scoreless first quarter, Morehead State got on the board first thanks to its defense as Aaron Turk recovered a DeFilippo fumble and returned it 77 yards for a touchdown. But DeFilippo bounced back from a rough start to lead Stetson to touchdowns on each of its next two drives, hitting Max Draper for a 12-yard touchdown and then a 77-yard touchdown as Stetson took a 14-6 lead into halftime. Morehead State would get within five points, 21-16, early in the fourth quarter as Andrew Foster hit a 40-yard field goal. But Jonny Messina connected on a 24-yard field goal and DeFilippo sealed the win with a 32-yard rushing touchdown. DeFilippo threw for 290 yards and ran for 91 yards more to pace the Hatters. Issiah Aguero ran for 123 yards on 23 carries and scored the Eagles lone offensive touchdown.

MARIST 26, VALPARAISO 14
VALPARAISO, Ind. – Andrew McElroy's 90-yard interception return for a touchdown with 20 seconds left sealed Marist's 26-14 PFL victory against Valparaiso, Saturday, at Brown Field. Marist opened with the game's first 16 points as Hunter Cobb scored rushing touchdowns from 16 and 60 yards and Luke Paladino hit a 28-yard field goal. Valparaiso battled back with a touchdown and two-point conversion just before halftime then got within two points Chris Duncan threw his second touchdown pass, but the ensuing two-point conversion failed. Later in the fourth quarter, Paladino hit from 37 yards out with 2:20 left and McElroy's pick on the ensuing Valparaiso possession secured the win. Duncan led Valparaiso with 232 yards passing and two touchdowns. Cobb's two touchdowns were part of a 92-yard rushing performance.
