    Bell threw for all five touchdowns in Jacksonville’s 35-7 PFL victory at Butler, Saturday. He finished the day completing 25-of-40 passes for 401 yards with completions to eight different receivers. Bell’s five touchdown passes went to four different receivers for 20, 44, 9, 5 and 90 yards each. The 90-yard touchdown completion to Ulysses Bryant capped the day’s scoring and ties for the longest pass completion in the FCS this season.

    DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
    Luke Hill, Campbell

    Senior | Linebacker | Poquoson, Virginia
    Hill’s fourth-quarter interception helped Campbell secure its lead en route to a 34-24 PFL victory against Valparaiso, Saturday. With Campbell leading 27-24, Valparaiso had 1st-and-Goal from the Campbell 7-yard line. However, Hill intercepted the Ben Lehman pass and returned it 77 yards to deny the Crusaders. On the ensuing drive, Campbell scored its insurance touchdown in one play to pick up its season’s first win. Hill also had two pass breakups on the day, including one inside his own 10-yard line that forced a Valparaiso field goal in the first quarter.

    SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

    Freshman | Kicker | Mount Airy, North Carolina
    Brown accounted for 10 points in Campbell’s 34-24 PFL victory against Valparaiso, Saturday. He booted a pair of 30-yard field goals, the first giving the Camels a 3-0 lead and the second tying the game 10-10 before halftime. Brown also connected on four PATs. He is one of 16 kickers who is perfect on field goal attempts this season, converting all five attempts.
