PHILADELPHIA – San Diego return specialist J.T. Rogan and Morehead State cornerback David Hyland were each named to the Preseason Sports Network Football Championship Subdivision All-America Team, announced Friday.

Rogan was a preseason first-team offensive selection after receiving first-team All-America honors from the Sports Network last season. He led the nation in kickoff return yardage, averaging 33.2 yards per return. A four-way threat he also led the Toreros in rushing with 1,021 yards and 10 touchdowns while chipping in 30 receptions for 331 yards and seven touchdowns.

Hyland was tabbed as a preseason third-team defensive pick after leading FCS with eight interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown. He also was creditied with 11 passes defended and 33 tackles at the cornerback position.
