LEHIGH, Pa. – Lehigh's defense got an assist from Tropical Storm Hannah to limit Drake's offense to just seven yards rushing in a 19-0 victory, Saturday. The Mountain Hawks scored two touchdowns in the opening quarter – one following an interception – before the rain and wind struck. After Hannah made her appearance, both offense bogged down, Lehigh scoring just two field goals in the second half. Drake quarterbacks Cole Ingle and Ben Osterman combined to throw for 118 yards for Drake but were intercepted twice while completing 12 of 31 passes.

Butler def. Albion, 20-6
ALBION, Mich. – Butler quarterback Matt Kobli threw for 230 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a 20-6 victory at Albion, Saturday. It was just the third career start for Kobli, who completed 23-of-32 passes on his way to a career-high passing total. The Bulldogs offense amassed 352 yards total offense while the defense limited the Britons to two field goals.

Robert Morris def. Morehead State, 27-13
CORAOPOLIS, Pa. – Robert Morris jumped out to a 27-0 lead and didn't look back on its way to a 27-13 victory against Morehead State, Saturday. The Colonials led 20-0 at halftime courtesy 225 yards total offense. Morehead State broke through in the thrid quarter on Michael Kearns one-yard touchdown run. The Eagles finished with 239 yards total offense but the Colonials posted 402 yards on offense.

Methodist def. Campbell, 32-21
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Campbell will have to wait another week for win No. 1 as it dropped a 32-21 decision at Methodist, Saturday. The Camels posted their first touchdowns of the season – three in fact – the first a two-yard burst by Carl Smith taht cut the Monarchs' lead to 25-7. Campbell outgained Methodist, 301-255, but committed three turnovers while forcing none.

#1 Appalachian State def. Jacksonville, 56-7
BOONE, N.C. – Appalachian State scored 21 points in the opening quarter on its way to a 56-7 victory against Jacksonville, Saturday. The Dolphins broke up the shutout bid on Elliott Finkley's 60-yard punt return for a touchdown in the third quarter. Jacksonville posted 244 yards total offense, including Josh McGregor's 21-of-34, 198-yard passing performance.

UNC Pembroke def. Davidson, 21-9
PEMBROKE, N.C. – UNC Pembroke's defense forced four Davidson turnovers on the way to a 21-9 victory, Saturday. The Wildcats, down 14-9 in the fourth quarter, saw a potential scoring drive halted by a UNCP interception. The mascots' took immediate advantage with a scoring drive of their own to push the lead to 21-7. UNC Pembroke posted a 324-284 advantage in total yardage.

San Diego def. Azusa Pacific, 38-10
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – San Diego ran Division I's longest home winning streak to 27 games with a 38-10 victory against Azusa Pacific, Saturday. The Toreros rolled up 459 yards total offense while limiting Azusa Pacific to 274 yards offense. USD quarterback Sebastian Trujillo completed 20-of-35 passes for 364 yards and four touchdowns.
