Morehead State 31, Stetson 14
MOREHEAD, Ky. – Quarterback Mark Pappas threw three touchdowns in the first half, helping Morehead State defeat Stetson 31-14 in PFL action, Saturday at Jayne Stadium. Stetson got on the scoreboard first thanks to Alex Piccirilli's four-yard touchdown run. Morehead State scored on each of its next two possessions, scoring twice in 28 seconds as Pappas threw a touchdown to Thomas Campbell and Issiah Aguero dashed into the end zone following a MSU interception of Stetson. The Eagles defense had a hand in the next 14-point burst as well, leading to MSU touchdowns 1:24 apart to build a 28-7 lead. Pappas ended the day completing 25-of-33 passes for 186 yards and three touchdowns. Piccirilli threw for 77 yards and ran for another 86 to lead Stetson.

Davidson 41, Presbyterian 24
DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson scored the final 21 points to secure a come-from-behind 41-24 victory against Presbyterian, Saturday, at Richardson Stadium. Presbyterian took a 24-21 lead late in the third quarter as Tyler Huff found Nathan Lovette for a 5-yard tochdown catch. But Davidson needed just 2:23 to respond and Coy Williams did the honors with a 56-yard touchdown run to take the lead. Williams would tack on a three-yard touchdown burst midway through the fourth quarter to extend the lead and Bernard Turner Jr. capped the scoring with a one-yard touchdown run. Williams rushed for 131 yards and three touchdowns on 17 carries to lead Davidson. Huff completed 22-of-36 passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns.

Drake 17, Valparaiso 6
DES MOINES, Iowa – Caden Meis' 42-yard run in the first quarter gave Drake the lead for good in a 17-6 victory against Valparaiso, Saturday. Meis' run capped a quick 3-play, 63-yard drive that responded to a Valparaiso field goal that opened the scoring. Neither defense surrendered much yardage on the day, Valparaiso outgaining Drake by a 216-211 count. Meis finished the game with 98 rushing yards and a touchdown on 15 carries. Valparaiso kicker Brian Bartholomew kicked field goals of 30 and 21 yards.

San Diego 27, Butler 13
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – San Diego tied a NCAA Division I FCS record with its 39th consecutive PFL victory, downing Butler 27-13, Saturday at Torero Stadium. Again the San Diego defense did its part, holding Butler to 247 yards and one touchdown. San Diego scored on the game's opening drive courtesy Michael Carner's 12-yard run. USD then secured its lead when it added scoring drives on each side of the first-quarter break, Emilio Martinez extending the lead to 17-3 with is four-yard touchdown run. Mason Randall completed 32-of-41 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns to lead San Diego. Sam Brown went 13-of-27 passing for 209 yards and a touchdown.
