    Binda Jr. became the fourth PFL runner to record a 200-yard rushing day, amassing 227 yards on 13 carries in San Diego’s 51-7 PFL victory at Stetson, Saturday. His 17.5 yards per carry was the best mark in the PFL this season. Binda Jr. took seven of his 13 carries for 10-plus yards and three runs went for 30-plus yards. He finished with just one touchdown carry, a 36-yard dash in the third quarter, but also had a 71-yard run to start the fourth quarter that set up a San Diego score on the next play. It was the best rushing yardage total by a San Diego rusher since 2014 (Jonah Hodges vs. Stetson).

    Clifford had a hand in two turnovers as Dayton downed Marist, 59-35, Saturday. He forced a fumble and picked off a pass while also recording eight tackles (seven solo) against the Red Foxes. Clifford forced a fumble on Marist’s opening drive of the third quarter and it was recovered by Dayton, the ensuing drive resulting in a touchdown and a 35-14 lead. In the fourth quarter, he intercepted a pass on the first play of a Marist drive and returned it 38 yards to set up Dayton’s offense for its final touchdown.

    Eickert became the first PFL kicker to score 15 points in a game since 2017, helping San Diego score a 51-7 PFL victory at Stetson, Saturday. He hit field goals from 30, 37 and 37 yards and connected on all six PATs. Eickert’s first two field goals (30 and 37 yards) provided the game’s first six points and he hit his second 37-yarder to give the Toreros a 16-0 halftime lead. In the second half he was only called on for PAT duty, connecting five times as San Diego broke the game open. Eickert also was called on for one kickoff late in the fourth quarter and Stetson did not post any yards on the kick return.
